Nearing 60 and feeling it, Doug Howey was ready to tackle some looming health issues. A visit to TMR was his first step in the right direction and now he is taking control of his body and health!
Doug’s Member Spotlight Story:
My time at The Motion Room is time well spent. Like many others, my introduction to TMR came through my email in-box in the form of an introductory membership offer. It came at the just the right time. Pushing 60, my blood sugars, blood pressure and weight were all going in the wrong direction and I realized that action needed to be taken. Before signing up, I visited the gym one afternoon to check things out and was given a tour and some helpful advice. The location was convenient, and the gym itself was clean and well organized.
I signed up last February and the Motion Room’s Co-Training sessions have provided the structure, support and discipline I need. The staff have provided personal attention and professionalism beyond my expectations. I like how the co-training classes can be booked on-line with the class sizes limited. My progress in the last 11 months has been significant. As a result of the regularly scheduled check-in sessions TMR provides my success is also measurable. My blood sugars, blood pressure, cholesterol, body fat index and stamina have all improved*.
I know I have to keep going to maintain my progress but with a 100 classes completed I look forward to my time with my friends at The Motion Room.
