Before The Motion Room, I…

– was nervous to go to the gym

– hated it, it was a chorepic2

– had no knowledge of health and fitness

– lacked confidence

– was out of shape externally and internally

– couldn’t do 5 pushups or hold a plank for more than 10 seconds

– was always tired and lethargic

 

During The Motion Room, I…

Samantha4– crave working out

– have muscle definition

– lift heavy

– have a crazy amount of increased strength and energy

– have a firmer body

– am always surprised when I push my limits and am able to do something

– completed a Spartan Race!!!

– have gained new friends (trainers and members)

– am a part of the amazing TMR community

– have support helping me reach my goals

– LOVE fitness and being active

 

I can’t say enough good things about The Motion Room. I’m still working my way up to reaching my goals but I know that the support that’s behind me at TMR will help me get there. I’m already signed up for this year’s Spartan Race and I’m looking forward to being more active this summer. I NEVER would have thought that I’d enjoy working out as much as I do. I’m not happy if I don’t work out at least 5 times a week, and I have the TMR trainers to thank for that.
